Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and didn't get sick on too much turkey!

This year we have a lot to be thankful for being our first Thanksgiving in our new house!

Here's some pictures from yesterday:

Thanksgiving morning, the Living room. It's roomy without any furniture. Molly loves the heated bench. She actually disobeys you when you tell her to get down for as long as she can. Then as soon as you sit down she jumps on your lap.

This is our kitchen. Rustic shelves and plywood counters will have to do for now.

This is the dinning room. It so funny, I never realized how much I missed a table until we moved in and set this one up. (Note the snow out the back door... we got a few inches and it's sticking around.)


The kids and I made a few decorations. Andrew drew the turkey and Lizzy cut out all the letters. Annie did some of the coloring and etc. and I put everything together.


Here's when our guests arrived. We had the Dean family and Mr. and Mrs. Mayer.


Mom and I butchered six of our big roosters a week prior and we had chicken instead of turkey.


This is Simon (he has an identical twin brother, Peter) and his brother, Tyler.


Here's dinner. It was really nice.
